Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time Business Finance Analyst will audit finance operations, recommend improvements, and design alternative business workflows while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Audit all areas of finance operations to identify inefficiencies and suggest enhancements
• Design and implement alternative business process workflows, supervising their execution
• Stay updated on relevant software developments and address areas for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting required
• 3-5 years of related experience in a corporate setting
• Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting systems, particularly with month-end tasks
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
