Business Finance Analyst

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making in a mission-driven environment, the remote full-time Business Finance Analyst will prepare financial reports, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with operational leaders to explain financial results and support decision-making

Required qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, business analysis, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions
• Experience in healthcare or human services is a plus, but not required
