Business Finance Analyst

Job Summary

To support the North America and Latin America sales organization, the full-time Business Finance Analyst will manage deal governance, contract management, and collections support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer quotes and commercial deals for compliance with pricing and profitability guidelines
• Provide financial support during deal negotiations by evaluating pricing scenarios and business risks
• Serve as the finance escalation point for customer collections, improving cash collections in partnership with Sales and Accounts Receivable

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-7 years of experience in Business Finance, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Deal Desk, or Sales Finance
• Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations across North America, with LATAM exposure preferred
• Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes, contract management, and commercial approvals
• Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC); familiarity with AWS Marketplace is preferred
