Business Finance Director

Job Summary

To support the Americas Business Finance team, the remote Business Finance Director will manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and governance while overseeing financial operations for new accounts and acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting, including variance analysis and business reviews
• Design and maintain governance frameworks, standardize financial templates, and serve as the point of contact for audit requests
• Lead financial onboarding for new accounts and transition them to steady-state operations, ensuring compliance with financial terms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in business finance or divisional finance leadership
• Experience establishing finance operations for new accounts or acquired entities
• Strong background in governance, internal controls, and audit readiness in a high-growth environment
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Salesforce; M&A integration and process automation skills preferred
