Business Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Business Finance to oversee financial operations and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual operating plans, forecasts, and long-term financial projections
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate business performance and assess risks and opportunities
• Effectively communicate monthly financial and performance results to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting; MBA is a plus
• At least 5 years of relevant financial experience
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with PowerBI or similar platforms
• Experience in supporting forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
