• Support Business/Function strategy and drive financial goals and objectives
• Lead long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and reporting
• Coach team members on performance and provide inputs for evaluations

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• 5-10 years of related experience
• Data management and visualization skills using tools like SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
• Experience with financial planning and reporting tools such as Anaplan and Anaplan XL
