Business Fundamentals Instructor

Job Summary

Teaching a variety of business-related courses, the part-time Business Fundamentals Instructor will prepare lesson plans, deliver lectures, and facilitate Project-Based Learning while monitoring student progress and contributing to program improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver in-class instruction for courses such as Applied Business Concepts and Computerized Accounting
• Evaluate student progress and maintain records for Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
• Organize field outings for student enrichment and participate in professional development activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or a related field
• At least two years of related work experience or specialized training in the field may be considered if the degree is not in business administration
• Preferred Microsoft Office Specialist certifications for teaching specific courses
