Job Summary
Driving the growth of independent travel agents, the full-time remote Business Growth Manager will manage onboarding, training, and performance support while building strong relationships and implementing retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute effective onboarding programs and provide personalized guidance to new travel agents
- Monitor agents' sales performance and implement targeted coaching and training strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, serving as their primary point of contact
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in travel industry sales, account management, or a related role
- Proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of the travel agency business model and industry trends
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
