Business Immigration Attorney
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Business Immigration Attorney will manage immigration casework, provide strategic legal counsel, and liaise with clients while working either onsite in Chicago or remotely across the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and file immigration cases, including H-1B, I-140, and I-485
- Consult with clients and guide them through immigration processes
- Mentor paralegals and ensure the quality and consistency of casework within assigned teams
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admittance to the State Bar
- 1-3 years of related experience, with proficiency in PERM and employment-based visas
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on exceptional client service
