Key Responsibilities

• Research law, investigate facts, and prepare documents to assist attorneys with immigration matters
• Translate facts into understandable and persuasive content for immigration adjudication
• Collaborate with immigration attorneys on special writing projects and ensure the accuracy of information

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
• 4+ years of paralegal experience in a business immigration practice
• Excellent skills in research and writing affidavits and briefs
• Strong proofreading and editing abilities
• Effective time management skills
