A company is looking for an Experienced Legal Writer - Business Immigration (Remote-PST Hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting and reviewing documents from petitioners
• Drafting detailed case documents, including support letters and RFE responses
• Entering data accurately into internal management platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
• 3-5 years of experience in business immigration, including NIW cases and complex RFE responses
• Proven writing ability
• Strong organization and computer skills
