Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Immigration Paralegal 3.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and file high-volume PERM applications and related documentation
Conduct labor market testing and draft necessary advertisements for PERM cases
Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients regarding PERM cases

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
5+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience with complete-cycle PERM experience
Experience in a large law firm environment is preferred
Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask
