Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Immigration Paralegal 3.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file high-volume PERM applications under attorney supervision
• Conduct labor market testing and draft necessary documentation for PERM filings
• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients regarding PERM cases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
• 5+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience with complete-cycle PERM experience
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently toward team goals
