Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Immigration Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure effective document intake and analyze immigration status based on provided documents
Draft and monitor PERM casework while flagging potential issues to Attorneys or Senior Case Managers
Utilize an online immigration case tracking system and respond to client communication requests

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal, specifically with PERM Labor Certification
Completed bachelor's degree is highly desirable
Experience managing a high volume of active and inactive cases
Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to immigration case processing software
Intermediate proficiency with MS Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word)
