Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Immigration Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

Review documents for validity and analyze immigration status for effective document intake
Draft case documents, statutory forms, and letters of support for NIV petitions
Monitor case status using an online immigration case tracking system and respond to client communications

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience as a Business Immigration Paralegal with employment-based petitions
Completed bachelor's degree is highly desirable
Experience handling a range of NIV cases and drafting green card processes
Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to immigration case processing software
Intermediate proficiency with MS Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word)
