Business Immigration Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Immigration Paralegal to assist in multiple cities with WFH flexibility and high compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Correspondence with clients, foreign nationals, and government officials, gathering information, analyzing facts of the case, and assisting with immigration strategies
• Preparing and filing routine petitions and applications with the federal government
• Conducting research, analyzing statues, procedures, and other legal sources

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of business immigration experience preparing and handling a variety of employment-based petitions, visa applications, and applications for adjustment of status
• Proven experience in preparing and filing a full-range of immigrant petitions, non-immigrant visa petitions, and green card applications with relevant government agencies
• Experience responding to Requests for Evidence and consular processing challenges
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet research skills, document management systems, and Adobe PDF
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, work under time constraints, and handle multiple priorities
