Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the creation and maintenance of standard models for the health plan implementation approach
  • Provide leadership and oversight of the health plan business implementation processes, ensuring adherence to standard processes
  • Direct health plan business implementations to meet budget, timeline, and scope requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of project management experience with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • 5+ years of experience in Government Programs Managed Care across multiple operational areas
  • Experience in managing healthcare functions during the implementation phase
  • Ability to provide input into business planning processes and develop timelines for new implementations
