Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Business Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of new business projects, ensuring customer expectations are met
• Plan and control multiple project initiatives while engaging various teams to validate business scope and technical specifications
• Provide technical oversight and ensure a smooth transition to operations post-go-live

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred and 8 years of relevant experience
• Direct customer-facing and implementation delivery experience
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies
• Experience managing others including contractors and suppliers
• Customer service driven with an analytical aptitude
