Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Director, Business Information Security Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leadership, integrating cybersecurity practices into initiatives
• Define and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics in accessible terms for non-technical teams
• Drive risk management strategy by designing security objectives and communicating the vision to achieve outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security or related experience
• 8+ years of leadership experience in technical and GRC security programs
• 5+ years of experience working with business leadership on large-scale enterprise security projects
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience)
