Business Information Security Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health and Civil Business Information Security Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for the implementation of information security policies and procedures
• Serve as the governor of risk and compliance for the assigned Sector's information systems
• Act as the authority for managing and preventing cyber incidents, providing incident coordination as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12-15 years of related experience, or relevant experience in lieu of education
• 8+ years of hands-on experience designing or implementing security solutions
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance
• Extensive experience in designing enterprise security architectures
• Strong knowledge of federal cybersecurity guidance such as FISMA NIST SP 800-37, 800-53, and 800-171
