Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Business Insights Analyst / Business Insights Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Convert raw data into actionable insights and recommendations for various audiences
Create data visualizations and presentations to support data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop metrics and optimize business processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline preferred (Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, or Economics)
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in an analytics role preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in contact center operations required
Advanced MS Excel skillset required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite
Experience with contact center and CRM platforms is highly desirable
