Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Insights Technician to analyze data and provide insights for supply chain performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide reporting, modeling, and dashboards focused on supply chain performance metrics
- Assist partners in uncovering data to enhance team effectiveness and performance
- Conduct ongoing analysis of supply chain spend to identify cost reduction opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or Equivalent Experience
- 3+ years of analytic experience in transportation, warehousing, or e-commerce
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and PowerBI for data analysis and presentation
- Experience with AI tools for process automation
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
