Business Insights Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Insights Technician to analyze and report on supply chain performance and drive operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide reporting, modeling, and dashboards focused on cost, throughput, operational compliance, and process improvement
• Assist Supply Chain partners in uncovering additional data to enhance team effectiveness and performance
• Conduct ongoing analysis of Supply Chain spend to identify opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or Equivalent Experience
• 3+ years of analytic experience, preferably in transportation, warehousing, or e-commerce
• Proficiency in analyzing and presenting data using Excel, SQL, and PowerBI
• Experience with AI tools for process automation
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
