Business Insights Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Insights & Planning Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of diligence planning items and manage the due diligence workstream
• Support acquisition planning activities and develop meeting and presentation materials
• Collaborate with various teams to document and communicate project status, risks, and interdependencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in health care insurance operations with expertise in mergers & acquisitions
• Experience with systemic innovation and improvement in large projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint
• Leadership experience and strong organizational skills
