Business Insights Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Business Insights Analyst will partner with leaders across various functions to produce insights that connect different views of the business and utilize AI to enhance data synthesis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand their decision-making needs
• Analyze data from commercial, finance, and operational systems to generate actionable insights
• Utilize AI to streamline data synthesis and maintain consistency in key metrics across functions

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in an analyst, insights, strategy, or consulting role with cross-functional exposure
• Fluency in at least two areas: commercial, financial, or operational metrics
• Experience using AI tools as part of the analytical process
• Strong storytelling ability to communicate insights to diverse audiences
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools; familiarity with SQL is a plus
