Business Insights Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Business Insights Analyst will partner with leaders across various functions to produce insights from data, utilizing AI to enhance the understanding of business performance and streamline decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand their decision-making needs
• Analyze data from commercial, finance, and operational systems to generate insights that connect different business perspectives
• Utilize AI to expedite data synthesis and maintain consistency in key metrics across functions

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in an analyst, insights, strategy, or consulting role with cross-functional exposure
• Fluency in at least two areas: commercial, financial, or operational metrics
• Experience using AI tools and methodologies in analytical workflows
• Strong storytelling abilities to communicate insights to diverse audiences
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools; familiarity with SQL is a plus
