Business Insights Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Business Insights Analyst will partner with leaders across various functions to produce insights that connect different views of the business, utilizing AI to enhance data synthesis and storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand their decision-making needs
• Analyze data from commercial, finance, and operational systems to generate cohesive business insights
• Utilize AI to streamline data synthesis and maintain consistent key metrics across functions

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in an analyst, insights, strategy, or consulting role with cross-functional exposure
• Fluency in at least two areas: commercial (revenue, retention), financial (P&L, unit economics), or operational (throughput, fulfillment)
• Experience using AI tools as a core part of analytical processes
• Strong storytelling skills, adaptable to various executive audiences
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools; SQL knowledge is a plus
