Business Insights Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with leaders across various departments, the remote Business Insights Analyst will utilize data and AI to generate insights, enhance decision-making, and provide a comprehensive view of business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand their decision-making needs
• Produce insights by analyzing data from commercial, finance, and operational systems to connect different business perspectives
• Utilize AI to streamline data synthesis and maintain consistent key metrics across functions

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in an analyst, insights, strategy, or consulting role with cross-functional exposure
• Fluency in at least two areas: commercial, financial, or operational metrics
• Proficiency in using AI tools as part of analytical workflows
• Strong storytelling skills, adaptable to various executive audiences
• Comfort with spreadsheets and reporting tools; working knowledge of SQL is a plus
