Business Insights Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with leaders across various departments, the remote Business Insights Analyst will leverage data and AI to generate insights that enhance business performance and facilitate decision-making within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand their decision-making needs
• Utilize data from multiple systems to produce insights that connect different business perspectives
• Experiment with AI-assisted workflows to streamline insight generation and share effective strategies across the team

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in an analyst, insights, strategy, or consulting role with exposure to multiple functions
• Fluency in at least two areas: commercial (revenue, retention), financial (P&L, unit economics), or operational (throughput, fulfilment)
• Proficient in using AI tools as part of the analytical process
• Strong storytelling skills, adaptable for various audiences including CROs and CFOs
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools; knowledge of SQL is a plus
