Job Summary
To support the Business Operations organization, the full-time Business Insights Analyst will develop standardized reporting, leverage data for actionable insights, and automate reporting processes while working in a hybrid environment from the Chicago office.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and standardize reporting for the organization
- Identify and communicate actionable insights from data analysis
- Automate and streamline recurring reporting processes
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of related work experience
- Proficiency with Tableau and Alteryx business intelligence software
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce data structures and functionality
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
- Experience in software, internet, SaaS, or related industries preferred
