Business Insights Consultant

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Business Insights and Technology Consultant, the successful candidate will take ownership of client technology deliverables, translate complex client requirements into technology specifications, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency in collaboration with global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own client technology deliverables, ensuring timely execution and quality alignment with client needs
• Act as the primary liaison to translate client requirements into clear technology specifications for new developments and optimizations
• Consult with clients to identify business needs and propose innovative technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Data Science, or other quantitative disciplines
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics and reporting within CPG or General Merchandising
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure), and BI tool integrations
• Data visualization experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Domo is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage and support complex client deliverables effectively
