Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Insights and Operations Director to lead a team focused on enhancing business intelligence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the Business Operations team, ensuring effective performance and adherence to Christian values
• Provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decisions and manage the budgeting and financial planning processes
• Oversee reporting, documentation, and data management processes to ensure compliance and data quality

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Mature Christian faith and commitment to the organization's mission and values
• Training in business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting, with experience in relevant software preferred
• At least 10 years of professional experience, including 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Ability to manage and mentor staff in a remote and culturally diverse environment
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and non-profit finance requirements
