Business Insights Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Insights Manager to lead insights delivery and team management in a data-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of business insights across various departments
• Manage a team of analysts and data engineers while ensuring high-quality insights
• Act as a primary analytics partner to business leaders and proactively surface insights

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused roles
• Proven experience managing analysts and/or data engineers
• Strong SQL skills (BigQuery required) and experience with BI tools (Looker Studio required)
• Understanding of ecommerce, DTC, or subscription business models is highly preferred
• Solid foundation in statistics and performance measurement
