Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Integration, Process and Conversion Advisor to handle transportation accounts in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support related to the Employee Navigator platform and troubleshoot platform-related issues
- Respond to support requests and maintain accurate documentation of support activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and participate in quality control and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school degree
- 2+ years of customer service, benefits administration, or employee benefits experience preferred
- Experience with Employee Navigator strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and shared collaboration tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
