Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Integration, Process and Conversion Advisor to handle transportation accounts in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support related to the Employee Navigator platform and troubleshoot platform-related issues
  • Respond to support requests and maintain accurate documentation of support activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and participate in quality control and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum high school degree
  • 2+ years of customer service, benefits administration, or employee benefits experience preferred
  • Experience with Employee Navigator strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and shared collaboration tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
