Job Summary

Supporting a federal agency remotely, the full-time Business Integration Analyst will bridge business and technology, facilitating stakeholder discussions, creating documentation, and developing business requirements to enhance organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to drive productive discussions and clear outcomes
  • Create and update documentation as part of an agile systems development lifecycle, including user stories and functional specifications
  • Analyze, design, implement, and support IT business applications while collaborating with users and technical teams
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in business solutioning and implementation within the Healthcare domain
  • Extensive experience in business analysis, systems integration, or solution implementation, particularly in healthcare or claims
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies including agile, hybrid, and waterfall
  • Understanding of healthcare business operations, data workflows, and regulatory expectations
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
