Job Summary
Supporting a federal agency remotely, the full-time Business Integration Analyst will bridge business and technology, facilitating stakeholder discussions, creating documentation, and developing business requirements to enhance organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to drive productive discussions and clear outcomes
- Create and update documentation as part of an agile systems development lifecycle, including user stories and functional specifications
- Analyze, design, implement, and support IT business applications while collaborating with users and technical teams
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in business solutioning and implementation within the Healthcare domain
- Extensive experience in business analysis, systems integration, or solution implementation, particularly in healthcare or claims
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies including agile, hybrid, and waterfall
- Understanding of healthcare business operations, data workflows, and regulatory expectations
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
