Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Integration Coordinator to support project management and information technology initiatives remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate project risk identification and mitigation, and coordinate high-profile meetings
  • Create and update workflows and documentation, and support multiple projects as assigned
  • Act as a customer service representative for data reconciliation requests and perform scheduled audits
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Assistant or related position in an office setting required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of project management
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce and Project Web Application (PWA) preferred
