Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Business Intelligence Analyst will support high-impact analytical initiatives by translating complex business questions into actionable insights, partnering with cross-functional teams, and enhancing reporting capabilities during a critical phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business questions into user-friendly analytics products and insights
• Partner with key customer accounts to provide clear, actionable recommendations and present findings in meetings
• Proactively identify high-impact insights from workforce and market data, creating compelling narratives to demonstrate analytics value

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or business analytics
• Strong expertise with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and communicate insights from complex datasets
• Experience translating data insights into clear business impact and recommendations
