Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in a collaborative team environment to deliver actionable insights and drive continuous improvement
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute data-driven strategies for financial performance and operational efficiency
Monitor KPIs, establish targets, and ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of operational data

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in an analytics role, preferably in healthcare revenue cycle management, business intelligence, or finance
Advanced Excel skills
Proficiency in SQL and Power BI, experience with data visualization tools preferred
Business understanding with finance (P&L) experience preferred
