Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst Associate to provide analytic support for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and interpreting data sets to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with internal partners to design reporting solutions and conduct analytic studies
• Develop and execute simple queries and basic reports, presenting findings to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required
• Familiarity with basic descriptive and inferential statistics
• Ability to manage projects with supervision and demonstrate initiative
• Proficiency in relevant source systems and business intelligence software within the first year
