Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst II, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and drive action
• Design and implement data warehouse tables or views to support analysis and reporting
• Provide insights and specifications for reports and analyses, consulting with product managers on reporting metrics

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence
• 2+ years of experience in data management and manipulation, with strong SQL programming skills
• 1+ years of experience working with healthcare data (e.g., claims, EHR, clinical)
• Experience mentoring peers in technical skills
• Advanced proficiency with a BI dashboarding tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
