Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze the quality of HEDIS data inputs and support data processing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement process improvements
Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
Proven experience as an Analyst in quality data management or a similar field
Proficient in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
Experience with data management systems and tools (e.g., SQL databases, ETL tools)
