Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (System Application Analyst).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor real-time extracts from Epic Reporting Workbench and create new database programs to support the department
• Collaborate with business staff to translate reporting and data needs, ensuring data integrity and compliance with standards
• Generate complex reports and provide insights, while managing confidentiality and optimizing SQL code for efficient execution

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, a related field, or a clinical field with two years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's degree with four years of experience; or an Associate's degree with five years of experience; or six years of relevant experience
• Experience as a reporting, data, or business intelligence analyst, including interfacing with business staff and managing projects
• Proficiency in Epic Reporting tools and experience with relational databases for reporting
• Ability to read, write, and maintain SQL code
• Certification or proficiency in Epic tools within nine months of hire
