Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex data analysis and develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure BI solutions meet their needs
• Design and build intuitive dashboards while ensuring data integrity and consistency across reporting

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analyst role
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with a major BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and identify trends
• Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Economics, or Computer Science
