Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support business intelligence efforts and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather reporting requirements, maintain BI tools and infrastructure, and develop reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with teams to optimize data flows and drive informed decision-making
• Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and secure access to data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology, health informatics, analytics, public health, epidemiology, program evaluation, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field
• Proficiency in common tools such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, and Qlikview
• Experience with Electronic Health Record and/or Enterprise Resource Planning application reporting is preferred
• Master's Degree in a relevant field is preferred
