Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to influence strategy and improve decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence business and product strategy through data-driven insights
  • Analyze customer service data to maximize efficiency and quality of customer care
  • Create visualizations and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, behavioral sciences, or a similar quantitative field
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience, ideally as an analyst in the customer care sector
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with large, complex datasets
  • Prior experience using BI tools such as Looker, Excel, or Tableau is preferred
  • Experience with subscription-business models or marketing-driven businesses is a plus
