Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to influence strategy and improve decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Influence business and product strategy through data-driven insights
• Perform deep-dive analyses on customer service data and translate results into actionable business insights
• Create compelling visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to management and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, behavioral sciences, or a similar quantitative field
• 2+ years of relevant work experience, ideally as an analyst in the customer care sector
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets
• Prior experience using Looker, Excel, Tableau, or other BI tools is preferred
• Experience with subscription-business models, marketing-driven businesses, or web analytics is a plus
