Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to support key business decisions
• Develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, automation processes, and BI dashboards
• Generate and deliver high-quality reports to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and reporting
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk) is a plus
