Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Business Intelligence Analyst - Sales/CSM.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales and customer service analytics dashboards and reports
• Translate business requirements for data integration and ensure alignment with BI governance standards
• Perform data validation and certification processes for sales and customer service datasets

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in sales analytics, CRM reporting, or business intelligence in financial services
• Expertise with Hubspot CRM and its reporting capabilities
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake as an analytics data lake
• Experience with DBT-based data modeling teams
• Hands-on experience in dashboard development, preferably in Sigma or similar tools
