Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to provide operational and strategic analyses to improve their roadside assistance platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop reports and dashboards using data visualization tools like Excel and Tableau
• Build pricing models and operational metrics to support business proposals and gauge team effectiveness
• Generate insights and recommend strategies to improve business performance through collaborative relationships with key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field; Master's preferred
• 2+ years of experience in big data and analytics, with advanced knowledge of SQL and Python
• Substantial exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau or Sigma Computing
• Experience with cloud technologies like AWS and optimizing queries for performance
• Understanding of business fundamentals, including pricing models and financial metrics
