Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BI Analyst II, Supply Chain & Fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build the supply chain analytics framework, developing KPIs and dashboards for performance visibility
• Develop automated tools to identify margin leakage and cost inefficiencies across operations
• Analyze inventory flow and network performance to improve service levels and increase throughput

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
• 8+ years of experience in large-scale analytics projects, preferably in retail, ecommerce, or supply chain
• Strong SQL expertise for building datasets and performing complex queries
• Hands-on experience with R, Python, or similar programming languages for data modeling
• Understanding of supply chain concepts, including inventory management and cost-to-serve analysis
